Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 6pm. The event includes an after-party with live music and dancing which starts at 9:30 pm.

There are two gates you can take to the Clubhouse:

The Stafford gate is located at 320 W Stafford Rd., Thousand Oaks, CA 91361

The Trentwood gate is your first left beyond the Stafford gate (coming from Westlake Blvd.)

Important Entrance Details:  

Plan to arrive approximately 10-20 minutes early to adjust for time spent checking in at the Country Club gate.

Please have your ID ready at the gate. There will be a list of all Hope & Light attendees but ID is required. Keep lines short by having it ready.

Dress is cocktail attire.  Note that dinner is on the lawn and, while we expect clear skies, it can chill down at night so consider bringing a wrap.

We welcome everyone who wishes to attend and will make every accommodation possible. Please note that there are uneven surfaces, grass, and stairs required to access the reception and dinner on the lawn. No, there is ample free self-parking available. There is a turn-around for guest drop off near the registration desk.

Be safe Saturday, Lyft and Uber are both on the Sherwood gate list. Don’t drink and drive. Lyft has also partnered with United Way and 2-1-1 to provide Ride United, a 2-1-1 service that provides free transportation to qualified callers in Ventura County, which you can donate to through Lyft’s Round-Up Program.
