• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: A variety of services are offered including testing and counseling for HIV, STD, Hepatitis C and pregnancy verification; immunization for children and adults; adult screening which includes ht, wt, blood pressure, hemoglobin and blood sugar; well-child examinations under the CHDP program, family planning, teen clinic, and international travel vaccines.
