• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Started in 1997, Cornerstone was backed by the Ventura County Probation Department for both adult and juvenile offenders. Cornerstone has become well recognized as a resource by therapists, government agencies, community organizations and law enforcement. Cornerstone provides a counseling setting to constructively confront men, women and juveniles who are in denial or are excusing and justifying their cycles of violence and abuse; Cornerstone teaches that responsibility for ending that abuse lies with the offender; Cornerstone offers Co-custody Parenting Classes, Monitored Visitations, and Child Psychotherapy.
