• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Anger Management Group: For adults who wish to learn to manage and express their angry feelings in a more positive and productive way; encourages members to take personal responsibility for their words and actions. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the classes. Self Esteem Group: On-going support group for individuals who would like to manage stress more effectively, improve their self-image and how they relate to others. Parenting Classes: Parents who wish to learn positive discipline, age-appropriate behavior, anger management skills and improved communication with their children. Appropriate for parents of children of all ages. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion.
