• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Oxnard Family Circle Adult Health Care Center (ADHC) is a community based day program which provides an array of therapeutic and social services designed to maximize the independence of those who are living with a physical, mental, or developmental challenge. A nutritionally balanced hot noon meal, snacks and breakfast are served daily. Transportation to and from the program is provided. Services include physical, occupational, message, and speech therapy; podiatry; nursing services; psychological counseling; social and recreational services; field trips; ESL classes.
