• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Adult Residential Services (ARS) functions as the primary liaison with licensed residential facilities, primarily out of Ventura County, that provides residential services to Ventura County Behavioral Health clients. The ARS Team is responsible for client placement, facility monitoring, facility development, case management services for high-risk clients in out-of-county facilities, and the coordination of the Intensive Services Utilization Committee for review of system-wide, high-risk clients.
