• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Locally based multi-disciplinary mental health teams offer services to mentally ill adults who have substantial impairment in the ability to function as a result of a mental illness. Services available include medication services, psychological testing, individual and group therapy, dual diagnosis treatment, case management services, socialization services, rehabilitation services, family support and family education services, and self-help groups. Employment services and assistance with housing and entitlements are also available.
