• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Housing Rights Center is a non-profit organization that provides free landlord and tenant counseling, housing discrimination complaint investigation, enforcement and litigation, and outreach and education services throughout the counties of Los Angeles and Ventura. The Housing Rights Center seeks to actively support and promote freedom of residence through education, advocacy, and litigation so that all persons may have the opportunity to secure housing without regard to personal characteristics protected by federal and state law. HRC’s Outreach Department seeks to inform and educate community members about the applicable fair housing laws and available resources to assist with housing related concerns.
