• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Bal Jagat, meaning "Children's World" in all Indian languages, is a non-profit private intercountry adoption agency licensed by the state of California since 1983. Working directly with orphanages and attorneys from many foreign countries including China, Romania, Russia, India, and Thailand, we have successfully placed over one thousand children in loving homes in the United States. Adoptive families must meet certain requirements. If families need only a home study or follow-up, this service is also provided.
