• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Breakthrough NBD, Inc. matches trained volunteers with adults with neuro-biological disorders. Quality non-judgmental companionship is provided. The program encourages improved mental health through the power of friendship. Breakthrough/Compeer serves people suffering with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and other major brain disorders.
