• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Koinonia Family Services is a public, non-profit foster family agency, licensed in California and Nevada. Koinonia provides support and training to families who are interested in foster care or adoption of children in the foster care system. Koinonia specializes in working with families who seek to live by traditional values and is operated on principles of integrity and servanthood. 24-hour on-call social work support services and on-going training are provided to all Koinonia foster families.
