• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: A medical home for patients is provided through our family practice physicians: Paulo Carvalho, MD; Mark Smith, MD; Chris Landon, MD; Pamela Holbrook, DO, and Norma Arina, FNP. Funded prenatal care is available through the Comprehensive Perinatal Services Program, AIM, insurance and Medi-Cal. High risk obstetric and gynecologic consultation is obtained at Ventura County Medical Center. All patients are delivered at VCMC. Well-child care and immunizations are available daily through family practice physician, nurse practitioner and pediatrician. A board certified pediatrician is available for pediatric consultations. Pediatric specialists in asthma, gastrointestinal problems, neurology, growth disorders, diabetes and endocrine disorders are available by appointment.
