• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Animal Regulation Department deals with any kind of animal and has a variety of services available. Services include licensing of dogs, rabies suppression, pick-up strays, loose livestock, confined animals and quarantines. Services to Newbury Park, Oxnard, Santa Paula and Thousand Oaks refer to unincorporated areas only. Only the portions of Agoura and Westlake Village located in Ventura County are covered. Temporary housing of animals belonging to clients of service provider organizations is available.
