DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Marines and Friends has established a goal for every teen that wishes to advance to a better life through higher education or trade/vocational school but has no financial resources available. These services are restricted to and dedicated to emotionally disturbed teens in the Special Education System who are recommended to us by their teachers and mental health professionals.
