• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Youth Development International operates a 24 hour toll-free hotline for youth in crisis situations. If under age 18, a runaway, struggling with drugs, physical abuse, rape, suicide, pregnancy, sexual pressure or any other crisis, we will provide youth with options/referral services.
