- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: ACTT, a program that teaches youth, ages 12-21, to star in and produce motion pictures and videos that deal with problems of today's youth. The videos are distributed nationwide to schools and correctional facilities. The youth themselves will produce an on-going TV show that will be aired on local cable. Subjects will deal with drug/alcohol abuse, child abuse, unsafe sex and teen pregnancy. Also, guidance and counseling services are available.
