• FEES: $15 per child up to maximum of $45 per family. Immunizations may be free based on income. Adult fees vary.
  
• INTAKE PROCEDURES: No appointment needed. Parents should bring record of child's previous immunizations. Adults should bring immunization records.

• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Ventura County Public Health offers low cost immunizations for children as well as adults. The Public Health goal is to maintain a high level of immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases in Ventura County. The following immunizations are available throughout the year: diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, hib, hepatitis B, hepatitis A, pneumococcal conjugate and pneumococcal polysaccaride. Influenza (flu) immunization is available at special clinics throughout the County during the months of October, November and December. NOTE: Written information available in 26 languages. Travel immunizations (fixed fee) available by appointment only. Call 805-652-6009.
