- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: MAOF is a non-profit Title V program that provides training for seniors 55 and older at the poverty level within Ventura County. We provide minimum wage for 4 hours a day, M - F. Seniors are assigned to various host agencies. (2 year assignments). Fringe benefits: 9 paid holidays and 1 paid personal holiday; no vacation time; no medical or life insurance.
