- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Caring Neighbors Program provides transportation, housecleaning, yard work and minor home repairs to low-income seniors and disabled individuals. Community Services program provides food vouchers, clothing vouchers, rental and financial assistance, homeless prevention, emergency and transitional shelter, hot meal program, transportation and homeless services including shower, laundry and food services. This program also provides low or no-cost therapeutic counseling and substance abuse services. Client Service Program provides employment counseling and assistance and case management.
Some services may only be available when there is funding.
