- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Clearing house of pamphlets and books on drug/alcohol abuse, child care and aging. Information and local referrals. Pre-school story hour Wednesday at 10:30 am; music appreciation Wednesday at 10:30; teen programs two Thursdays per month from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm, 6th grade and up; Computer classes Tu, W, Th at 9 am.; Homework Center M - Th from 2:30 pm - 5 pm. Literacy programs include adult tutoring in reading, writing, academics, Families For Literacy (parents of children 2-5), parenting classes for parents and caregivers of young children, 3 levels of ESL classes, Angel Tutoring Program in schools. Preschool story hour Wednesday at 10:30 am all year; Music Appreciation is Wednesday at 10:30 am, October - June; Computer Classes are at 9 am on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; Homework Center is open from 2:30 pm - 5 pm, M - Th.
