- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Social service agency providing prevention, counseling, shelter, treatment and education programs for abused children, battered women and their children, high-risk and homeless youth and families in crisis. Counseling and crisis services provided at sites throughout the County. Interface programs are offered in four main service areas: Youth Services, Mental Health Services, Domestic Violence Services, and Child Abuse and Neglect Services. In addition to these services, 2-1-1 Ventura County provides toll-free 24-hour information and referral services for health and human services needs throughout Ventura County. Strategies provides training and technical assistance to Family Resource Centers throughout the state.
