• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The California State Legislature enacted the Homeowner/Renter Assistance Program to serve Californians who are 62 years of age or older, blind or disabled with an income less than $33,132 per year. The law provides that any qualified person may apply annually between May and August for a refund, depending on property tax or portion of property tax paid by rent. Call for specific information.
