• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Provides information and referral to homeless individuals and families. Does limited short-term case management to resolve immediate problems. Conducts intake interviews for the RAIN Transitional Living Center. Provides general information on homelessness in Ventura County and participates in planning efforts with the Homeless Coalition. Available for community education. Call for information or appointments. Does not provide direct cash assistance or vouchers. Collaborates with other agencies to develop resources for homeless individuals and families.
