• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: A state funded child care program created for the emotional, social and mental development of children to build a better self-image and self-concept. High Scope Program eligibility criteria includes public assistance recipient, eligibility also based on family size and gross monthly income or a need for protective services. This program serves children aged 3-9 years.
