• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Primary medical care services include family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology offered at all clinic sites. Referral to off-site specialist also available upon request and if necessary. Other primary care services include well-baby checks, immunizations, marital blood tests, pregnancy testing, diabetes and hypertension care, nutritional counseling, health education and disease prevention for patients. Comprehensive prenatal services program (CPSP) provider, mammogram and cancer detection services, multiphasic health screening available at no charge in the community, upon request. Optical services available at Oxnard and Ventura clinics as well. Dental services available at Oxnard, Ventura, Fillmore, and Ocean View Clinics. Psychological counseling services, individual and group, offered on-site and 22 school-based locations in Ventura County. The Oxnard Clinic site is a designated Civil Surgeon for amnesty patients.
