• DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: A program to financially assist families with medical care associated with an eligible medical condition which is handicapping or catastrophic in nature. Assistance includes expert medical care, hospitalization, equipment, braces, physical and occupational therapy and case management for children and youth up to 21 years of age. CCS can also provide confidential assistance and case management for children who are HIV positive or at risk for HIV.
